Seeking a Strategic Business Process Engineer with work experience in the following:

• Develop a process framework that articulates how work gets done in the organization
• Develop a Performance Management System that includes metrics derived from strategic objectives, process and product performance.
• Lead the implementation of Vintara or other client owned ISO implementation software
• Lead client in achieving ISO certification and be able to "raise the bar" in response to higher standards from the external audit.
• Design, implement, train and conduct an internal audit program that leads to better ISO audit results and enhanced operational performance.
• Assist Senior Management with strategic plan development and strategic operational issues
• Integrate industry best practices into processes

Required skills

• Bachelors degree or equivalent, and ten to twelve years of related experience.
• More than 10 years management experience for over 100 people
• 10 years expertise in at least one Quality discipline (ISO, Six Sigma, Baldrige, Balance Scorecard, performance management,  process improvement, or BPR)
• Strategic planning

• Strong facilitation skills, process mapping, and metrics
