Resource / Performance Manager, Senior - 01082012

Key Role:
Serve as a member of the EBA security team providing performance management support to NGA and CIDAP. Support the management, administration, and update of the Performance, Planning, and Reporting Tool (PPRT) system. Analyze and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance data and prepare extensive management reports in support of the requirements of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, National Intelligence, and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for performance management analysis and reporting. Develop and implement performance-based budgeting to integrate NGA performance into a single framework. Sharpen the focus of Intelligence Community measures that drive performance.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -10+ years of experience with performance management analysis and reporting -Experience with the Performance, Planning, and Reporting Tool (PPRT), Integrated Resource Information System (IRIS), and Microsoft Excel and Access -TS/SCI clearance -BA or BS degree   Additional Qualifications: -Experience with Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution a plus -Experience with briefing techniques and government protocols a plus -Experience with commercial imagery a plus -CDFM or PMP Certification   Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
