Subcontract Program Mgr 3 - IS/094841

The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Program Manager, HALE International Programs (Eurohawk, NATO AGS, and other International Customers) will be responsible for day-to-day leadership for total GSC responsibility from requirements identification through delivery, in support of our customers for performance, quality, schedule, delivery, and cost. Additionally, the GSC Program Mgr, HALE Intl Programs is responsible for the management and integration of the procurement of equipment, materials, supplies, and services; technical supplier interface; procurement audits (both internal and external); supplier relations, internal inventory control; transportation, warehousing, kitting, material scheduling and planning; material cost management, estimating, and price/cost analysis through applicable functional GSC departments. The selected candidate will provide direction and control to ensure supply chain management functions and activities are integrated with, and support all functional organizations within the HALE Intl Program Office through the optimal use of people/processes/tools to achieve Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Subcontractor Management Team (SMT) objectives and goals in execution of the Programs. Basic Qualifications: Selected candidate must have at least 15 years of increasingly responsibility and applicable experience in the Defense Industry Supply Chain environment, with at least 5 years of management experience. Selected candidate will optimally have International Supply Chain experience including Industrial Participation and Offset Programs. Strong analytical, computer, interpersonal, and leadership skills are required. Minimum requirement is a BS degree in business administration (or related field). Ability to obtain a Security Clearance at the Secret level is required. Preferred qualifications: Working knowledge of SAP a plus. Masters Degree is preferred. Relocation Assistance Available.
