President/CEO

INNOVATIVE PRODUCTIVITY, INC. (IPI), a small Louisville, KY based company, is searching for an experienced and creative executive to be its next President and CEO. IPI operates the McCONNELL TECHNOLOGY & TRAINING CENTER (MTTC) and the NST Center for the U.S. Navy.

The ideal applicant will have a minimum of ten years experience and a proven record with winning, negotiating and administering federal government/DoD contracts and grants, experience in crafting public and private collaborative projects, excellent communication and change management skills. The preferred candidate will have minimum of 4 year engineering or other technical/advanced degrees. Prior service as an officer with Navy or other military branch is a plus. The company is in transition to a new business model and the CEO/President will have an exceptional opportunity to define and grow IPI. Excellent compensation and benefit package. EOE
