This role is responsible for the enrollment and payment reconciliation function for our Government Programs business. You will manage a scope of projects while looking for process improvement. This is a highly visible role dealing with business partners across the corporation, relationship building with vendors and motivating a dynamic team! 

Job Requirements include: Demonstrated performance and 7+ years Medicare/Medicaid leadership experience is required.  Enrollment experience. BA or equivalent experience required.  Excellent leadership, process improvement, communication and relationship management skills needed. Solid project management experience. Ability to work with automated systems and databases (i.e. Access, Excel, MMC and/or CMS systems).  Team building and motivational skills required.  Must be willing and able to relocate to Moon Township or Harrisburg, PA. locationd. Relocation assistance is available.
