Clinical Program Manager ( CPM )

Clinical Program Manager (CPM) shall have primary responsibilities for the following functions:

•    Assistance with the selection and supervision of Clinical Supervisors and Behavior Therapists, including performance evaluations and quality assurance.
•    Assisting with the hiring and training of new employees as needed.
•    Providing staff training and education.
•    Conduct, coordinate and/or supervise Parent Training Classes.
•    Introducing assigned Supervisors and / or Behavior Therapists to the client.
•    Communicating with Regional Centers regarding clients and services.
•    Discussing concerns and goals with clients.
•    Setting up and monitoring individual programs.
•    Attending IEP meetings as requested or needed.
•    Review monthly summaries, graphing of data, and writing progress reports.
•    Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments on new referrals as needed.
•    Coordinating, supervising, and/or attending weekly meetings with Program Supervisors and monthly meetings with Behavior Specialists to review cases and issues.
•    Attending yearly ABA-related conferences in order to remain current with research and issues related to the field.
•    Conduct billable activities and work functions at least 140 hours per month and participate in our Pay for Performance Plan.  (Exceptions to the contrary can only be approved in writing by company President)  

The Behavioral Services Company is authorized to delegate to the Clinical Program Manager (CPM) additional functions to those listed above including, but not limited to the collaboration and development of new revenue streams, creation and submission of possible Request for Proposals, as well as new Program Designs.
