Basic qualifications 14-18 years of experience in Progran Management 3+ years direct experience in the Intelligence Community or signals intelligence activity 5+ years as a Program Manager for $50 M+ program, encompassing system architecture, requirements analysis, development, and testing. Minimum of 15 years experience in a software development environment. Highly desirable - experience that includes agile software development concepts, SEI/CMMi processes, NG Mission Assurance Processes. Active TS/SCI clearance. Demonstrated communications skills in all applicable media. Bachelors degree in applicable field; advanced degree preferred.
