Stable division of a publicly traded company seeks Systems & Business Operations Manager to manage one of their largest Southern California Districts. This position entails oversight of water supply, distribution and quality as well as responsibility for managing customer service divisions and budget/financial reporting processes. This is a high profile position that requires a successful Manager to both cultivate and sustain relationships with City and County Executives.
Qualified District Managers must have a strong technical, engineering background (civil or electrical engineering preferred), and 10+ years of Operations & Business Management experience. Specific experience in a water related industry is required for consideration.
PLEASE NOTE: Out of state candidates are encouraged to apply provided that you are willing to relocate to LA/Orange County; an executive level relocation is package available.
Minimum Requirements:
-Demonstrated experience in water-industry related system operations.
-10+ years of Operations Management experience is a must!
-Involvement in Business Operations issues such as annual budgets, financial reporting and customer service.
-Engineering, Operations or Business Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred emphasis in Civil or Electrical Engineering disciplines).
