Area Vice President of Home Health Operations

Our client, a leader in the home healthcare industry, is seeking a Area Vice President of Home Health Operations in Winston Salem, NC.  In this key role you will...   
 
•    Guide and direct Branch/Area Directors in all operational areas including process and personnel management, sales growth and achieve financial goals.
•    Foster a creative, innovative environment where teams are successful through accountability for meeting and exceeding performance goals.
•    Collaborate with sales counterpart/team to identify new markets/initiatives including joint ventures, industry and government.
•    Develop sales and marketing plans to expand the business.
•    Improve operational and administrative systems efficiencies.
•    Manage operational issues and develop client relationships for growth and new business acquisitions.
•    Ensure quality deliverables are designed to improve the health and well being of  patients and their family members.
•    Promote and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, business practices, procedures and standards.  
•    Provide professional development and training to staff.

Requirements:
•    Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Marketing or Business Administration and 8+ years of multi-site operations home healthcare experience with a strong focus on sales and business development required.
•    Must have management/supervisory experience.
•    Excellent leadership, managerial, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
