JOB DESCRIPTION

Description

Lead project management efforts for initiatives, implementations, enhancements and conversions relating to the production of management reporting and data quality of the enterprise credit risk portfolio; and driving reporting enhancements based on business partner needs. Responsible for managing project team or completing subtasks or smaller projects to support larger initiatives. Manages to timelines and rigorous communication and documentation routines. Though completion focused, is able to adjust work assignments and plans as necessary based on changing resources and priorities. Work toward implementing the overall GCRIS strategy and adherence to GCRIS starndards. 

Qualifications
Required Skills:

4 year Finance/Accounting/Business degree. Must be detail-oriented; able to lead projects and influence others, independently driven, possess strong communication and business partnering skills; must have the ability to manage competing priorities; must be proficient in MS Office. 5 - 7 years of project management experience, exceptional ability to communicate and build relationships. Formal training in Six Sigma or other project management methodology.



Desired Skills:
Experience working on cross - organization projects, strong analytical and problem solving skills, experience with ECRIS wholesale and retail, Portsum, Business Objects, MicroStrategies. Knowledge of credit risk management or systems, background in risk or risk technology, documenting business requirements. Six signma green belt or black belt or certified project manager.
