This position is a Sr. Change Manager for the Corporate Accounts Payable (CAP) Merrill Lynch Transition project portfolio. This position will lead the ML CAP Project teams and provide input to integrated projects relating to the ML Transition and other corporate change initiatives. Projects have a major influence on the quality and timeliness of Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Travel & Entertainment Employee Reimbursement processes as well as impact the financial performance of the CAP business unit. In addition, the projects require cross-functional coordination, communication, influence and negotiation. The Sr. Change Manager is responsible for working with the business process owners, project teams and acting as a liaison with the Program Office to analyze present state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation using the Six Sigma DMAIC process. This position may provide input on staffing and budget allocation and may supervise project level resources including, performance management and recommendations for compensation of team members. Five or more years of experience in change management and Green Belt Certification. Project management certification or equivalent experience preferred
