Director of Operations

The Director of Operations is responsible for fulfilling the contract management and consultative responsibilities for Columbia St. Marys two inpatient units, five intensive outpatient programs and integration of behavioral health services throughout the system.  Associated responsibilities include: execution of contract requirements in accordance with applicable legal, regulatory and ethical guidelines; establishing and implementing business plans, annual budgets, staffing and marketing plans, regulatory compliance, quality, physician contracting and supervision of general operations.  As preparation for the position, the successful candidate will receive training in the Rogers’ model of behavioral health management.

The ideal candidate will possess:
1. Masters in Behavioral Health (or relevant clinical or business field)
2. Minimum of three (3) years business and/or managerial experience.
3. Masters in both clinical and business areas preferred.
