Director of Sales and Marketing Capital Equipment

Capital Equipment company is searching for a Director of Sales and Marketing. This person would be responsible for leading a team of 5 direct sales representatives and several agent/brokers. They would be selling capital equipment into the Pharmaceutical, Plastics and Chemical markets. Ideal candidate would have at least 10 years of sales/sales management experience in chemicals or capital equipment. They should have strong leadership skills, be good motivators and well organized. Must have a degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering and be able to travel 40% overnight.
