Responsibilities:
This is a newly created position reporting to the VP of Business Process Improvement/ERP. Responsibility for developing and running a program management office that encompasses Business Process Improvement (BPI) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) organization initiatives. Manages and coordinates requirements definition, vendor evaluation, strategic systems planning, process reengineering, design, development, documentation, release management, production support, and resource planning. Develops & manages disciplined process to ensure ROI & metrics are delivered. This resource is critical to the effectiveness of the entire Business Process Improvement function.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Information Technology or Business Management with a Master’s preferred, and a minimum of 10 years experience. Must have extensive business experience in the applicable areas as noted above. Multiple Oracle ERP systems experience required to include AIM development methodology. Global expertise a major plus. Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma or related process methodologies desired.
We are seeking candidates who have worked in an ERP organization or Business Transformation organizational unit. This is not a replacement for the IT PMO but aligns and partners to deliver results.
