About the company :

Our client is a leading Non Profit in the New York metro area

Job description :

• Develop a comprehensive operations strategy to achieve organizations long-term objectives
• Work with Leadership Team to develop and refine strategic goals and growth targets in response to evolving needs
• Lead special projects and new areas of growth
• Serve as an internal efficiency and strategy consultant. Support all activities by recommending and implementing innovations and serving as a resource to senior staff on process and system design
• Provide leadership to a quickly growing finance, technology, marketing, and operations staff
• Lead preparations for and participate in Board meetings, lead and support board committees

Who we are looking for :

• At least 10 years of of operations/fiscal experience
• Proven ability to contribute to the strategic direction of an organization and to manage details
• Comprehensive analytical, strategic thinking, and rapid problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently and proactively anticipate and identify operational needs and opportunities
• Significant prior experience in financial management and reporting. Preference for previous experience with nonprofit finance
• Expertise in project planning and management
