SPS / PD2 Systems Support Specialist

Keya Consulting, Inc., a small government contracting firm providing technology and management consulting services, is seeking a highly motivated individual with Secret Security Clearance and 8+ years experience in Standard Procurement System (SPS) Database Administration to join our Frederick, MD team.

Systems Support Specialist

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following experience, skills and attributes:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with secret security clearance


• Experience in functional and technical administration of the DOD Standard Procurement System.


• Experience with  PD2 application and related interfaces (Adapter, CAPS, EDA, FPDS-NG)


• Must have extensive knowledge of the Government procurement process from cradle to grave.


• Familiarity with the preparation and management of various procurement instruments (Contracts, Assistant Agreements to include Grants and Cooperative Agreements, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, Modifications, BPA’s , Call Orders, GSA Orders)


• Strong knowledge base with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR),  Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFRS),  Department of Defense Grants and Agreements Regulations (DoDGARS)


• Experience with related PRWeb front end system desired


• Experience with related reporting systems (COGNOS, ACBIS, (using Webmethods), FPDS-NG reporting, Access, Excel)


• Very strong customer service/relation skills
