Subcontract Program Mgr 1 - TS / 096008

This position is contingent upon the award of the KC-10 CLS program which is projected for the 3rd quarter of 2009. Responsible for subcontract administration for multiple, major CLS subcontracts. Supervises several subcontract administrators. Ensures subcontractor execution to support program cost, quality, and delivery requirements. Implements subcontractor report card process. Develop options and recommendations to deliver pro-active subcontract solutions. Negotiates and coordinates additions, deletions, and/or modifications to subcontracts. Conducts quality checks of subcontractor invoices, ensures the appropriate data is entered into the divisions SAP accounting system, and monitors terms and conditions compliance. This position requires a Bachelors degree in business or relevant field and a minimum of 15 or more years of related experience, preferably in Aerospace and Defense industry. Candidate must have excellent managerial and communication skills. Candidate must have demonstrated experience in government subcontracting and knowledge of FAR/DFAR. Security Clearance Required.
