Thus AEA International was founded in 1985. The concept of providing high quality medical care and consulting services to multi-national companies operating in Asia Pacific met very strong demand. The world’s largest integrated medical and security assistance company and the world’s leading security risk management firm created a joint operating unit to provide clients with an enhanced portfolio of travel and expatriate security services.
Today, over 6,000 International SOS professionals provide solutions to its members across five continents, through its operating companies in 70 countries.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The next Vice President EMI will be transformational, persuasive, have a passion for International SOS’s mission and a collaborative savvy leader. He or she will lead the EMI United States business unit focusing on sales within the United States for international client services, ensuring the continued financial and operational growth and success.
Position Overview
This position will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, Suzanne Garber with a dotted line to the General Manager of EMI, Philip Arnaud, who leads global sales. Mr. Arnoult will have a collaborative relationship with the new Vice President EMI for business development issues. The successful candidate will manage a team of seven based throughout the USA. These professionals are self starters with over all collective strength; that work very well together and have strong personalities.
