JOB DESCRIPTION
We are increasing our presence in the San Diego Market and we are searching for a Branch Manager who would be able to lead this movement. This individual should have a strong background in Environmental Remediation and Hazardous Wastes type projects with the potential to explore and expand in other environmental areas such as Alternative Energy, Desalinization, The Reduction of Carbon Footprint type projects. This person would have the freedom to pursue industries and clients that would contribute to balancing and strengthening the firms client list while continuing to expand their Remediation/Hazardous Waste business. The firm has a solid relationship with the Navy so any contacts there would be desirable - they also have a great reputation in the Aquatics & Biological fields. The diversity of these project types are a true benefit to this position and the potential to quickly become a leader within this international firm. The candidate will have the opportunity to grow the team as they see fit with very little oversight from Management. They will also have the support of Sr. Staff Members that are currently with the firm. This person will need to have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoyment of working on challenging projects, while also enjoying business development responsibilities. As said before the person that is able succeed in this position will be a valued member of this company as the San Diego office is considered a crown jewel for the firm. The compensation package is between $150K-$200K Base Salary for the right individual with an average bonus potential of $30,000-$40,000 or 25%-35%.
