Lean Operations Position

The successful candidate will have a combination of skills in both lean implementation and operations excellence. This position will work on a peer basis to the plant manager and reports to the division Performance Manager. The ideal profile should include a stint as an operations manager and be well versed in implementation of lean processes from a start up mode. This is a highly visible position. Salary for the position will be based on the candidate $110K - $120K plus bonuses and excellent relocation is offered.

Undergraduate degree in engineering is preferred. An advanced degree is also highly desirable.
