Director of Operations

Growing quick service restaurant chain seeks a Director of Operations to oversee their restaurants in the Virginia/Maryland/DC region.  This individual will be accountable for the financial operations of all restaurants in the region inclusive of maximizing profits, building sales, and controlling costs.  This role will oversee a team of District Managers and is accountable for establishing, maintaining, and coaching company standards, expectations, and culture.  This role will report to a Vice President and could be based anywhere within the Virginia/Maryland/DC area. 

Requirements:

Successful candidate must have a strong background in multi-unit operations within the QSR industry and prior experience overseeing a team of District Managers.  Organization is looking for an individual with strong communication and leadership skills; with a proven ability to set goals and inspire their management toward personal/professional improvement and operational development.  The individual selected will have a passion for restaurant operations and conduct themselves with integrity and professionalism.  College degree is preferred.
