Director of Engineering

Due to an internal promotion we are currently looking for a Director of Engineering who will be responsible for overseeing day to day engineering activities, new product development, and testing. This individual will have leadership of all functions within Engineering.

Location: Portland, OR area

Qualifications / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering


• Must be a licensed Professional Engineer


• 6 years minimum experience with pump design


• Leadership experience in engineering and new product development

Essential Responsibilities:

• Leadership of all functions within Engineering


• Drive an active New Product Development program


• Create a technical and engineering vision for the company


• Create budgets, allocate resources, and determine schedules of product releases or project deadlines


• Direct Test Department in pump testing analysis and perform dynamic test procedures for existing and new product development

Compensation: 

• Base: Excellent pay - Commensurate with experience + Bonus potential
