Process Engineer - LTCC expertise

TriStaff is partnering with the premier of highly parallel probe cards. We are currently looking for a qualified candidate to fill the LTTC Process Engineer position focused on developing new product line manufacturing process. 

Job Duties:

Primary job responsibilities will be:

• Strong participation on cross functional teams to complete products on time, on budget, and on specification


• Design test apparatuses, equipment and development procedures for testing products including acceptance and rejection criteria


• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations


• Design, develop and build LTCC fabrication process and integrate into  MEMS probe card application


• Identify, spec and qualify materials and equipment vendors for manufacturing line


• Perform, manage, and interpret the results of LTCC materials testing for probe card performance, such as signal integrity and mechanical properties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:.

1. Minimum 7 years work experience directly in LTCC fabrication process with in-depth knowledge of related processes.


2. Minimum B.S. degree with either Glass, metal, and ceramic materials science and engineering, advanced degree is plus.


3. Outstanding people and leadership skills.


4. Hands on Engineer.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years experience working with equipment and material vendors to qualify LTCC process; including puncher, screen printer, and laminator.
