Proposal Analyst, Lead - 35483

Duties and Responsibilities:

Task Order Capture Manager leading/coordinating bids on IDIQ/task order based contract vehicles. Work with Program operations, contracts, pricing, business development, staffing, recruiting, subcontracts, security and partners/teammates to lead bids on task order based vehicles.

Required Qualifications:

Familiar with Government capture management / business development best practices including Shipley based capture management, experience as a capture manager, senior consultant, project/program manager, or business developer with Government clients. Familiar with US Intelligence, DoD and/or National Security communities. 

Requires bachelors degree (in Business Administration or related field) or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related (proposal preparation and analysis) experience

or a masters and 4-6 years experience.

Desired Qualifications:

MS/MBA, PMP certification, higher level (TS/SCI) security clearance and/or special accesses.  Experience with US Intelligence Community.  Previous task order program manager, proposal manager or capture manager experience.  Financial, contracts and/or pricing background (in BD and/or financial/contracts management roles).
