Director of Operations

Restaurant chain seeks a Director of Operations to oversee multiple restaurants in a two state area.  This role will be accountable for overseeing a team of District Managers and the financial operations of the restaurants in their market.  This will include maximizing profits, building sales, and controlling costs.  This role will also be accountable for establishing, maintaining, and coaching company standards, expectations, and culture. Additionally, the Director of Operations will provide effective leadership in the areas of local store marketing, training, defining priorities, and building commitment to the company’s mission and objectives.  Position is based in St. Louis, MO. 

Requirements: 

Successful candidate must have prior experience working in the St. Louis market.  A strong background in multi-unit restaurant operations management is required.  Previous experience overseeing a team of District Managers is highly preferred.  The individual selected will have a demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of management teams; with a proven ability to increase guest counts, financial performance and employee/guest satisfaction.  New store opening; real estate, construction and facility knowledge is required for this role.  Organization is looking for an individual who is results oriented with strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
