DescriptionKey Role:
Provide consultation to Joint Forces Command Joint Intelligence Training Joint Management Office (JIT JMO) on the effective and efficient deployment of JIT across the Defense Intelligence Training Enterprise (DITE). Establish and maintain internal and external JIT assessments. Manage processes based on measurable objectives aligned to the JIT program goals and objectives. Collect, analyze, and assess JIT information as related to the overall program, the four program components, including management, development, execution, and assessment, and to the individual, staff, functional, and collective levels in the Joint Training System.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -7+ years of experience in the intelligence field   -3+ years of experience with curriculum development and instruction -Experience with organizational training -Ability to execute assessments of the training delivery and developmental process -Active TS/SCI clearance required -BA or BS degree required   Additional Qualifications: -Experience with recent deployments, including OIF and OEF -Knowledge of Instructional Systems Design or Lean Six Sigma (LSS) -Master Training Specialist   Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
