Sr Group Operations Manager - DPM Product Oversight ...

Manages multiple major operations segment or multiple operations units of a dissimilar nature for a site, region or product line within the companys internal operations activities. Functions managed have high monetary exposure and risk involving the processing of large $ volumes and regulatory restrictions. Requires a working knowledge of end to end processes since decisions have significant impact affecting multiple and diverse operations and product lines. Resolves broad operational issues and coordinates activities and processes across lines of business and operations segments. Requires interaction with other lines of business as well as their own line of business to provide strategic direction and problem resolution. Identifies, analyzes and resolves complex problems related to product lines or functions, using general practices and precedents to resolve. Develops and analyzes procedures to enhance unit and/or product-related activity. Responsible for budget/expense management, reporting and forecasting for areas managed. Ensures proper communication and compliance of company and regulatory policies affecting areas managed. Awareness of Six Sigma/Lean practices



Provide product management and oversight for second liens (HELOC and HELoans). Responsibilities include management of service levels within the business unit and within loan servicing divisions, review of policies and procedures for efficiency and compliancy, risk mitigation, reporting, and expense management. Also responsible for Jr Lien MHA program Operational readiness. Key partner to Home Equity Product Executive and their leadership team. Work closely with HE leadership and risk partners on key servicing initiatives and projects to ensure succesful implementation.




  Qualifications

BA/MA or MBA in finance, economics, or management. 5-10 years mortgage experience with strong operational and management background. Demonstrated strong organizational, team building and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate others. Knowledge of Jr Lien product and Loan Servicing critical to success. Need to be able to work independently. Willingness to travel as needed.
