Requirements:
· 4-year degree in civil engineering or construction management.
· 10 years minimum experience as a project manager with staff oversight responsibility.
· Successful record of Profit and Loss responsibility.
· Track record of managing multiple projects at once.
· Must have design-build background in healthcare projects.
· Strong background in mechanical, electrical and/or central plant a plus.
· Government project experience a plus.
· Able to travel about 25% of the time.
