In search of a BSEE with 5 years support of MANUFACTURING engineering efforts for a global and world-class manufacturing organization for their southern Kentucky (rural) $100mm facility.

• BSEE


• 5 to 7 years of manufacturing engineering experience


• Six Sigma Green Belt Certified


• Proven experience with LEAN and CI initatives
  
  
  
  • SMED, VSM, TPM, OEE, Kazien
  
  
  
  


• Expertise with controls, robotics, automation


• Project management experience
  
  
  
  • capital, equipment installation, scrap reduction, maintenance
  
  
  
  


• New Product Launch


• Strong leadership and mentoring skills


• Supervisory experience


• World-class manufacturing experience


• Solid trouble-shooting / problem solving experience


• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)


• Willingness to live in a rural location
