Managing Director

The Managing Director will report directly to the owners and will oversee the entire Chicago operation. The Managing Director will be the primary link between our clients and internal resources and will initiate and manage major accounts as well as help hire, manage, and mentor a team of Interactive Producers, Designers, and Developers.

The Managing Director will work closely with our internal directors to identify and independently follow through on prospective client targets and opportunities that are consistent with the studios core competencies and interests. Additionally, he/she will be heavily involved with existing accounts, working to evolve those relationships by stewarding interactive strategy.

Responsibilities include
- Serve as director of client accounts.
- Direct and manage all office operations and logistics.
- Effectively manage P&L.
- Effectively manage client relationships and expectations.
- Identify and steward client/brand objectives and needs.
- Develop new project leads through new and existing relationships.
- Partner with clients to provide strategic interactive solutions.
- Guide strategic implementation of recommendations.
- Enthusiastically represent DS strategy and creative.
- Lead strategic development of new business.
