VP of Healthcare Client Services

Our client is a Nationwide Homecare Services company.

We are looking for a VP of Client Services to be based in one of these locations:Denver,CO.,Sacramento,CA,or Minnetonka,MN.

This person MUST come out of the healthcare Clinical Services industry. Candidates from national companies in homecare, hospice, etc. are good prospects. Need to have leadership experience overseeing 3 or possibly 4 call centers. Must have designed and implemented customer service platforms for a healthcare organization in a start-up situation. This newly created VP role is a result of consolidating all their branches into three Super Call Centers.

Therefore, multi-site call center background mandatory with heavy reimbursement experience. Will be working with sales and operations and reimbursement. Ultimate responsibility is to design, implement, and direct the administration of customer service program including inside sales and order intake, revenue qualification, and clinical management scheduling.
