Director of Sourcing Services Delivery

This opportunity is with Denali Group.  The role is within our Sr. leadership team and will run the US sourcing services operations.  It is based in the Greater Seattle area.  Relocation will be considered for the right candidate.
 
Responsibilities will include the following:
 
- Managing the US Sourcing Delivery operations
- Accountable from quality assurance and audit of our service operations
- Managing sourcing delivery teams and ensure their performance according to set SLAs per client contracts
-  Addressing day to day operational issues related to service delivery
-  Developing job aids and work tools to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the operations
- Work with the client program managers in capture client specific operations and ensure timely implementation
-  Continuous process improvement 

Requirements:

-  10+ years of experience running service operations

-  Minimum 7-8 years of sourcing/procurement experience

-  Previously managed a team of 10+ people

-  MBA is a must

-  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

-  Demonstrated leadership skills
