Personally lead high impact Lean Six Sigma black belt projects and kaizen events.
Coach and mentor Project Champions, Black Belts, and Green Belts in the application of Lean Six Sigma to ensure teams are successful in meeting project goals.
Maintain Lean Six Sigma project pipeline at the plant.
Drive plant productivity improvements and plant achievement of Lean Six Sigma goal
As part of the plant staff, participate in setting strategic direction for the plant and integrating Lean Six Sigma processes with the strategic direction.
Advise management and provide strategic direction on Lean Six Sigma project selection, OpEx integration, resources, and prioritization.
Train others in the organization on Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
Report on plant progress to Sector Lean Six Sigma leaders.
Assist Sector/Corporate Lean Six Sigma leaders in implementing new strategies and processes.
Advancement of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques
Maintenance of plant value stream map
Coordination of Lean Six Sigma projects & kaizen events with local plant leaders
Coaching and mentoring of Lean Six Sigma belts and champions
Assist Sector/Corporate leaders on Lean Six Sigma initiatives
Achieve plant Lean Six Sigma productivity savings targets.
Achieve plant Operational Excellence Assessment improvement goals.
Enable effective implementation of Ingersoll Rand Business Operating System
Increase skill set of plant team in areas of Lean Six Sigma techniques and processes.
Coach and mentor Lean Six Sigma project leaders to enable successful project implementations. Knowledge & Work Experience:- Bachelors Degree required, Engineering preferred
- 2 years Lean or Six Sigma experience required.
- Must have completed Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and Projects.
- Prefer extensive lean manufacturing experience and track record of implementation success.
Hours of work required: 40+ hours per week
