Senior IO Analyst IT / 095413

Northrop Grumman Information Systems, through its Information Operations Operating Unit, is seeking a Senior IO Planner to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals providing full spectrum support to Combatant Commanders and Department of Defense Organizations. The Senior IO Planner, located at the Pentagon or in Crystal City, will provide IO subject matter expertise for the Director of Information Operations and Strategic Studies, Office of the Secretary of Defense (Intelligence) or for the Joint IED Defeat Organization (JIEDDO). Duties include assessment of policies, plans, studies, requirements, IO Personnel and Readiness, and providing recommendations to support implementation and revision of Defense Strategy. Experience is necessary supporting compartmented or special operations such as Special Technical Operations (STO) Planning, HUMINT operations, Counter-Intelligence, Special Operations, Military Deception, Influence Operations, Special Mission Unit experience, Tailored Technical Operations, or service in a position with similar responsibilities. Individuals working at JIEDDO must have a working knowledge of improvised explosive device (IED) construction, usage, and TTP. The IO Integrator should be familiar with DoD or Service acquisition policy and processes, the Joint Operations Planning Process, and security policy and execution. Travel will be required for short periods of time, and there are opportunities for six month overseas deployments. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance; have operational career field expertise with an OSD/Joint Staff/Combatant Command; and must demonstrate the ability to develop plans, assess and report on status of efforts with minimal guidance and supervision. Superior written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills are a must. Minimum of bachelors degree with 15 years military experience, 10 years experience with a Masters degree, or 19 Years of experience In lieu of degree. This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and/or customer approval.
