Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a Program Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in either San Diego, CA or Quantico, VA. The qualified applicant will lead Northrop Grummans Combat Operations Center (COC) program. The COC provides for the integration of tactical vehicles, shelters, trailers, communications equipment, and operational software programs with operator workstations, displays, intercommunications, and Local Area Network (LAN)/Wide Area Network (WAN) systems. The COC will provide mobile operational facilities that field the current Marine Corps MAGTF C4ISR Integrated Package (MIP) systems. The Program Manager will support daily execution of the COC program within the Integrated C3I Operating Unit. The position provides reporting, planning support to internal and customer activities and follow-up on specifically assigned management duties. The Program Manager will be responsible for providing support to leadership activities for engineers and operations staff. Typical responsibilities include: Business development associated to identifying, capturing and working with internal organizations to execute program task orders, Keeping abreast of day-to-day project activities, Managing the cost, schedule, and technical performance in accordance with contract terms, Managing internal and customer deliverables, Planning and monitoring acquisition activities, Supporting process development and improvement, Managing and reporting project risks, and managing project staff training and resource acquisition and development according to company policies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a technical field with 15 years of experience managing complex software or systems integration efforts. Strong personnel management skills as well as business acumen. USMC C2 experience is desired along with knowledge of DoD acquisition policy Navy C2 and Hardware Systems Integration network environment experience Experience managing CP contracts Active Secret Clearance Excellent communication and presentation skills Required Skills: An understanding of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, and Intelligence (C4I) systems An understanding and proven track record of managing programs using advanced Earned Value tracking and reporting processes An understanding and experience with EVMS on large programs An understanding of Northrop Grumman policies and procedures is a plus Security Clearance Required.
