Northrop Grumman Information Systems sector is seeking a contracts administrator 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Reston, Virginia. Put your years of experience into a future of excellence providing contracts support for the TIPPS contract. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grummans contract organization in support of the Civil System Divisions TIPPS contract. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grummans TIPPS program. Roles and Responsibilities: * Responsible for providing independent day to day contracts administration, along with the responsibility of reviewing and submitting small to large proposal efforts * assist with formulation of price strategy and price to win * participation in and leading proposal meetings * support of proposals through the fact-finding and negotiation process * contract set up and administration of various types of contracts for the division * ensure the submittal of a quality proposals * prepare formal bids incorporating all relevant information * negotiate with customers and execute proposals and contracts on behalf of the Company * assist in achieving the financial goals Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: * Bachelors Degree * 5 years contract experience * 10 total years related business management experience Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration: * Bachelors degree in Business * Additional business management and leadership experience
