Position is for IPT leader for all aspects of the B-2 Special Projects IPT, including cost, schedule, technical, quality, and customer satisfaction. Keep the program sold and manage opportunities to execute the program. Define and manage the Manage Program processes and ensure program compliance to the documented Quality System. Responsible for early identification and mitigation of program management issues and risk. Establish milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules. Manage program resources to ensure program performance requirements and objectives are achieved. Direct, plan and coordinate all supplier management activities ensuring product quality, cost, schedule and technical performance. Maintain liaison with management in the functional areas to exchange information, coordinate efforts and resolve problems. Manage program performance and health and ensure root cause and corrective action for variances to baseline. Assess program executability and maturity. Review performance data with internal and external customers. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree (or equivalent related experience) with 15 years relevant experience including project/program management and DoD acquisition process experience; Masters and 13 years. Requires strong communication skills and a good understanding of program management tools. Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with the ability to gain access to special access programs. Preferred Qualifications: program management experience with various technical programs. . Security Clearance Required
