Engineer Logistics 5 MS / 094705

This position is in support of the United States Marine Corps, Marine Air Command and Control (MACCS) Systems. The position requires a strong background in acquisition and sustainment logistics. Routine responsibilities include drafting logistics documentation, coordination of logistic events execution, ECP review, and other related tasks as directed by the customer. The team member must be able to work independently, assess supportability strategies which will then be implemented, and lead/participate in IPTs and WGs across functional disciplines. Experience in participating in health assessments for acquisition (Naval POPS) and logistics (ILAs) for AAPs from material determination to disposal. Applicant must have experience with DoD acquisition processes. Must have demonstrable experience with MS Office products. 14 years with a Bachelors degree or 18 years of equivalent experience is required. Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance. Defense Acquisition Workforce Logistics Level II certification is a plus. Position is full-time and includes some travel. Security Clearance Required.
