Northrop Grumman is seeking several experienced Strategic Planners to join our team supporting a DoD customer in the Washington, DC area. Position requires a minimum of a bachelors degree and at least 10 years of overall experience with at least two years experience in strategic planning. Preferred level of experience is at the COCOM level. In addition to strategic planning expertise, experience in any combination of the following disciplines is also desired: Information Operations (IO), Special Technical Operations (STO), and intelligence analysis/operations. Candidate should have knowledge and experience in counter-IED capabilities and operations. An active TS/SCI security clearance is required. Candidate may also be required to successfully complete a CI polygraph. Candidate must be able to develop apply innovative solutions to complex problems. Candidate will be required to formulate specific courses of action and then be prepared to defend his/her recommendations in a clear, confident, and well-sourced manner. Excellent communication skills are essential. Ideal candidate for these positions will have a Bachelors Degree and 10 years experience or 14 years experience in lieu of degree. Must have at least 8 years as a strategic planner. MULTIPLE POSITIONS. Security Clearance Required.
