C-RAM Logistics Management Analyst 5 MS/095831

Northrop Grumman Information Systems Defense Systems Division C-RAM Sustainment Logistics Management Analyst 5 Functions as a member of the C-RAM Production, Installation and Logistics Team. Executes personnel, budget and task management as Sustainment Logistics Branch Chief. Supervises a team of Field Support Analysts for C-RAM systems and components. Monitors logistics support activities and conducts trends analysis to identify support infrastructure performance anomalies and problems for resolution. Serves as expediter and problem solver for supply and maintenance challenges confronting NG support to the user. Develops Program procedures and processes to insert procedural discipline in a dynamic support environment. Conducts research and develops special reports as required. Provides direct logistics/sustainment interface for C-RAM OCONUS operations. Supports logistics planning efforts to identify maintenance and support requirements, including personnel, facilities, spares, tools and test equipment, in accordance with MIL-HDBK-502 and MIL-PRF-49506. Utilizes logistics modeling techniques to predict supportability levels and costs. Provides technical input to contractual deliverables/requirements, development specifications and technical drawings. Participates in integrated product teams, technical interchange meetings, working groups and engineering review boards. Demonstrates skill and ability to analyze and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Able to communicate effectively at the highest levels. Viewed as expert in field within the corporation. Maintains proficiency in logistics functional area. Required Experience: * 15+ Years with Bachelors; 13+ Years with Masters * Analysis of detailed logistics information and report development. * Experience in developing and presenting analysis briefings to senior level management. * Experience in supporting Logistics Support Analysis tasks. * Familiarity with military communications/electronics maintenance and supply operations and requirements. Preferred Experience: * Prior military/DoD civilian experience. * Prior field experience maintaining deployed military systems. * Prior experience with Logistics Management Information Systems. * Prior experience with managing teams and complex projects.
