JOB DESCRIPTION
The position is Design-Build Project Manager for Highways, requiring 12 to 25 years of progressive highway engineering, understanding of highway construction work, management of multi-discipline highway programs, and past experience managing multiple subconsultants.
Position requires registration as a professional civil engineer, and past performance serving as a Design Manager working under a Contractor in a Design-Build delivery environment.  Candidate will need strong communication skills to work with contractor, Public Agency or DOT staff to expedite the design review process, and flexibility to work in project offices with Contractor partners while effectively leading and managing team resources.

Strong business management skills (schedule and budget management, development of Work Breakdown Structures, etc.), and a willingness to lead projects that require meeting tight schedules and quality construction documents a plus.  Past experience in Design-Build pursuits a plus including experience in development of technical proposal preparation and management.

The position will serve Design-Build pursuits/projects in a four state region (Washington, Utah, Nevada, and Colorado) with an emphasis on the Utah and Washington markets preferably to be based out of our Salt Lake City office.
