JOB DESCRIPTION
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years experience in Leadership and OD consulting
- 5-8+ years management experience
- A subject matter expert with broad knowledge of Leadership & Development, Attract & Assess and Engage & Align
- Proven track record growing a consulting practice
- A dedicated and committed professional with the ability to recruit and retain talent
- An ability to build strong internal relationships with the SE team
- A customer focused consulting professional with excellent relationship building skills
- Prior experience partnering with sales and marketing; an ability to spend 50% of times on business development initiatives
- Proven track record of leveraging the business
- A thought leader with strong project management skills
- A collaborative mentor with an entrepreneurial spirit
- A high profile leader with instant credibility
- Prior experience working with “C” level executives
- Strong project management skills
- Prior track record of bringing assignments in under budget
- A collaborative, team player
- Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal and presentation.
- Strong public speaking experience
- A strong sales background with prior P & L experience; focus on the top-line and gross margin
- Advanced Degree
- Billable up to 20%
