JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities: Successful candidate will possess recent experience in Electronic Warfare (EW) systems acquisition, sustainment, and support. Position requires knowledge and familiarity with USAF acquisition and/or provisioning strategies, systems requirements documentation, equipment management, and configuration control processes as applicable to EW hardware and software programs. Among other duties, successful candidate will assist the Program Manager with activities such as developing Performance Based Work Statements (PWS), Life Cycle Management Plans, roadmaps and master plans, program transition plans, and service level agreements (SLA), and will be the subject matter expert (SME) for assigned EW systems. Required Qualifications: Successful candidate will track and process Functional Change Audits (FCAs), Physical Change Audits (PCAs), Design Change Notices (DCNs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), assist in the development of system technical orders (TOs), Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs), and will monitor configuration management for assigned systems. Travel to attend Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), and other system events will be required. Knowledge and familiarity with Air Force legacy data systems such as, but not limited to, D035, D043, etcetera. A SECRET Security Clearance is required. Requires bachelors degree (in Logistics Management, Mathematics or related field) or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience Desired Qualifications: Previous experience as Equipment Specialist or Program manager at the Air Logistics Center (ALC) level.
