Plant Manager

Fortune 500 Company is seeking Plant Manger to provide leadership in developing and implementing an operating plan to drive all growth and cost activities in support of supply chain; quality; process cycle reduction; reliability improvements; productivity; and delivery improvements. The incumbent will also provide insight and direction on building and maintaining bench strength to promote business growth. Excellent benefits and relocation package. BS/BA degree in Business; Engineering; Accounting or a related major with 10 plus years experience in a technology-oriented manufacturing setting; 7 plus years management experience. International business experience is a plus. Demonstrated track record of partnering with business leaders in order to achieve financial objectives. Thorough understanding of all various functional areas and their interaction; and an understanding of staff activities in a Manufacturing Organization. Strong track record of successful use of Six Sigma and Lean tools; Six Sigma Blackbelt certification is a plus. Some travel required. Salary plus bonus.
