Are you an experienced program/product manager who loves to drive platform and process strategy to support new services and bring new products to market? Do you have a passion for defining and executing global, scalable operational processes? Would you like to shape the Microsoft online advertising services that will enable MSN to reach $15B in global advertising revenue this year and help improve the quality and relevance of advertising results for MSN’s Advertisers, Windows Live and Live Search users?
The MSN Service Innovation and Integration team is looking for leader to manage and direct a team of Operations Program Managers for Network Quality & Business Operations (NQBO). This team partners with key MSN Product, Sales, and Development groups to effectively scope, prioritize and release new ad service models, drive strategic innovation across Network Quality (Editorial), Fraud & Billing tool sets, and lead the integration of new products, global markets, and customers across the Microsoft Advertising network. The primary mission of this team is to plan and lead the operational deployment of new service models, business processes, and tools focused on delivering scalable advertising editorial services and integrating the editorial processes, tools, and customers of acquired companies.
This position plays a key role in driving and optimizing the NQBO business processes needed to support a world-class advertising business. This individual will also play a pivotal role in defining editorial strategy and guiding strategic product integration initiatives - identifying issues, forming hypotheses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations, and implementing change.
To meet this end, this position will partner closely with vendor management teams, editorial policy and operational owners, product management, service and operations teams, platform program managers, various business owners, and marketing to:
o Lead and direct a team of Operations Program Managers
o Scope, document and deploy editorial review, fraud & billing services.
o Operationalize and scale new workflows
o Plan integrations to ensure short-term continuity of service for acquired customers
o Optimize service models for scale, efficiency, and quality.
o Leverage various methodologies (6 Sigma, SCRUM, Agile…) to design and implement innovative, customer-driven service designs in the operational environment
Core responsibilities include:
Driving cross-functional business projects and working closely with the management team to help define, develop, and deploy MSNs editorial service process flows, policies, and requirements for people resources and toolsets.
Developing and executing project/business plans, processes, procedures, and editorial best practices to optimize business solutions.
Driving project initiatives to achieve optimal results within critical timelines.
Evaluating, identifying gaps or conflicts, and developing scalable solutions for existing processes and tools used to support the advertising business on a regular basis.
Facilitating and working to resolve critical technical or project issues as they impact our deployment plans.
Leading service user groups in gathering and prioritizing detailed editorial business requirements to support acquisition integrations and new product introductions.
Building and maintaining deep and productive partner relationships with end users, planners, product teams, etc from a variety of world-wide teams.
Managing large, cross-functional and matrixed project teams for timely and successful project delivery of global solutions.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate is someone who has:
Supervisory experience.
Experience in Sales and Service Operations, Sales Support and Product Development in a publisher or technology company.
Demonstrated ability to manage large projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Proven ability to articulate a projects vision and benefits, providing a solid rational to a multitude of partners.
Experience coordinating with technology teams, marketing, human resources, finance, and other partnering functions.
Demonstrated track record of exceeding established goals on a consistent basis.
Ability to quickly grasp and understand technical specifications, problems and concepts.
Outstanding attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture.
Digital advertising and technology industry
Education and Experience
College degree required; MBA preferred.
6s, Agile, SCRUM, or related certification given preference; but not required.
Consulting experience preferred; but not required
8-10+ years relevant experience.
