Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for supporting concept refinement, technology demonstrations, systems engineering studies, analysis, integrated logistics, configuration management, information management, test and evaluation, program training, and meetings for Special Operations Command. Apply a wide range of analytical techniques, statistical assessment, and other measures in evaluating data to reach appropriate conclusions. Act as a source of expertise in relevant functional areas, including systems engineering, business case analysis, data quality management methodologies and modeling techniques, information architecture, and object oriented technology. Provide technical guidance and advisory assistance with the preparation of supporting acquisition documentation, including a Statement of Objectives (SOO), Statement of Work (SOW) requirements, procurement plans, program descriptions, technical specifications, and other required solicitation information. Review Request for Proposal (RFP) packages for conformance with all aspects of relevant procurement regulations and validate Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs). Provide technical assistance with vendor and acquisition contractor proposal evaluation, COTS and GOTS product analysis, source selection support, acceptance testing, and performance monitoring against established benchmarks. This position is located in Tampa, FL.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -7+ years of experience with providing support for concept refinement, technology demonstrations, systems engineering studies, analysis, integrated logistics, configuration management, information management, test and evaluation, program training, and meetings -Experience with the complete life-cycle management of Military systems -Experience with technology areas, including surveillance, biometrics, forensics, special communications, data transport, technical support systems, and national support systems -Experience with DoD and USSOCOM acquisition programs and concepts -Experience with Microsoft Office -TS/SCI clearance -BA or BS degree in Engineering, Business, or Accounting -DAWIA Acquisition Level II Certification Additional Qualifications: -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
