Key Role:
Act as a liaison between installation leadership and the Systems Integrator (Team CSC) and build professional, credible relationships with Major Command (MAJCOM) and Installation leadership to facilitate effective change management activities. Conduct initial and periodic follow-on site visits to approximately 12 installations within the regional Area of Responsibility (AOR), including NY, NJ, PA, VA, and WV. Collect installation baseline data and identify catalysts for positive change among stakeholder populations, special groups, associations, informal leaders and subject matter experts primarily within the Air Forces Logistics community. Coordinate and conduct change management activities with the support of Team CSCs OCM work streams, gather process change data at AF installations, and report activities within their respective AOR to team consultants and the government client. Provide timely and accurate advice regarding ECSS and ERP activities, objectives, and progress. Execute the standard OCM methodology to assess climate change and provide feedback to senior stakeholders on the readiness of the location for successful ECSS implementation.
