Readiness Analyst - 01082165

Key Role:
Support the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) Readiness and Cost Reporting Program (RCRP). Coordinate and oversee the implementation of RCRP to the NECC forces. Work with NECC Component Commands to establish and maintain the schedule, ensure deliverables are met, and achieve established milestones. Interface with the client to develop and refine force capability areas, capabilities, and Navy Mission Essential Tasks (NMET). Perform relational analysis between NMETs and supporting resources. Facilitate and lead large working groups to identify critical requirements and gain a common understanding across the force.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:  -10+ years of experience with the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) -Knowledge of the technical and operational aspects of current Navy readiness reporting and supporting data and sources -Knowledge of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal or Mobile Diving and Salvage community -Secret clearance -AA or AS degree required   Additional Qualifications: -Knowledge of NECC capability areas, capabilities, and mission essential tasks   Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.   Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
