Director, Program Management
Our Director of Program Management role requires attention to detail, customer focus, and strong business acumen and analytical skills. As Director, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the program management team ensuring the following key metrics are attained: quality, on-time delivery, customer service, and price/value, along with other operational metrics. Ensure Program Managers work with customers to address: overall customer satisfaction, pricing and forecasting, along with compliance to manufacturing agreements. Direct the integration of a matrix program management team that includes: purchasing, planning, engineering, document control, as well as quality assurance and manufacturing. Key Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor’s degree from a four (4) year college or university and a minimum of five (5) years of directly related supervisory/management experience in the electronics component manufacturing industry is required. MBA is strongly preferred. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public is required. General understanding of financial concepts is required. Must have effective leadership skills necessary to influence desired outcomes. Applied knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project etc) is required. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must be exceptionally customer service focused while ensuring the bottom line is maintained. Must have strong MRP experience.
