Vehicle Manager reporting to the ATDC System Test IPT, responsible for all aspects associated with the planning, scheduling, implementation and execution of test and ground operations. The vehicle manager will build an interdisciplinary team of engineering, support and test individuals and provide day-to-day direction regarding vehicle checkout, acceptance test, maintenance, modification, troubleshooting, anomaly resolution, ground test and vehicle preparation for flight testing. The vehicle manager is responsible for compliance with configuration management, configuration control, safety, security and quality directives. Personnel reporting to this position include: flight test engineers, crew chief, mechanics and electricians, instrumentation engineers and technicians. Must be willing to work non-standard shifts/overtime and travel for extended periods. Basic Qualifications: BS degree in an engineering field and at least 15 years of related experience. Current Secret clearance. Must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance and SAP accesses. Preferred Qualifications: Current Top Secret clearance and prior management experience in vehicle management arena a significant plus. Security Clearance Required.
